Refund Policy
RouterCut Pro is a one-time perpetual software license, not a subscription. Eligible initial purchases and paid major-version upgrades have a 14-day refund period.
1. Fourteen-day refund period
You may request a full refund of an initial RouterCut Pro perpetual-license purchase or an optional paid major-version upgrade within 14 calendar days after the transaction date. A reason is appreciated because it helps improve RouterCut, but it is not required for a request made within this period.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or other consumer right that applies under the law where you live.
2. How to request a refund
- Web, Windows, or macOS purchase through Paddle: email routercut@kasem.dev from the purchase email and include the Paddle transaction or receipt number. You may also use Paddle Buyer Support.
- Android purchase through Google Play: contact routercut@kasem.dev with the Google Play order number or use the refund process available through Google Play.
Do not send full card details, passwords, project files, or G-code with a refund request.
3. After fourteen days
Requests received after 14 days are considered where required by law and may also be approved for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a reproducible material defect that prevents the purchased capability from working and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. A change of mind after the 14-day period does not ordinarily qualify.
4. Processing and license access
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle or Google Play. Processor and financial-institution timing may vary. Paddle may review or administer the refund as merchant of record under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
When a refund is recorded, the associated RouterCut Pro entitlement is revoked on the next online license verification. Project files remain on your device, but refunded Pro capabilities are no longer licensed for use.
